How to Return an Item
Check Eligibility
Verify your item meets our return criteria. Fight gear accessories have strict hygiene exceptions.
Contact Support
Message our support team via Facebook/Email with your Order ID and photo of the items.
Send / Drop Off Gear
Once approved, ship the package back to our Yangon store or drop it off in person.
Receive Exchange / Credit
Upon inspection, we will issue a store voucher or send out the exchanged size/color.
Combat Sports Hygiene Policy
Due to safety, health, and hygiene standards set for combat sports training, certain accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. This includes molded mouthguards, groin protectors, and hand wraps that have been unrolled or washed. Please double-check sizing before opening packages!
Eligible for Returns
Speed Ropes & Skipping Ropes
Unopened and in original packaging. Wire must not be cut or altered.
Gym Bags & Gear Backpacks
Unused with original tags attached, showing no signs of sweat or dirt.
Shin Guards & Focus Mitts
Only if tried on for size. Must not show any wear, marks, or scuffs from sparring.
Resistance Bands & Towels
Must be in sealed packaging for safety and cleanliness.
Non-Returnable Items
Mouthguards (All Types)
For strict hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns on mouthguards once the sealed package is opened or molded.
Groin Guards & Cups
Classified as personal sanitary gear. Strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Used Boxing Hand Wraps
Once hand wraps have been unrolled, worn during training, or washed, they are no longer eligible for returns due to hygiene.
Liniment Oils & Corner Supplies
Chemical / medical products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
